Important Notes
- All submitted documents must be complete and accurate. Any translated materials must include both the original and English/Chinese text.
- COVA system initial review typically takes 1–3 business days. Appointments can only be scheduled after approval.
- Expedited processing must be requested at the time of application (additional fee applies).
- Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in rejection. We recommend having a professional agent review your documents before submission.
Since the COVA system launched, the visa process has become more standardized — but errors in the online form or document formatting are common reasons for rejection. We offer full-service processing: document review, form completion, and timely submission. Contact us for assistance.
