Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-12
This policy explains how KEYUS INC (Keyus Visa / 今日洛杉矶, "we") collects, uses and protects your personal information on keyusvisa.com, todaylsj.com and our online tools.
1. Who we are
KEYUS INC is a private visa service agency in Arcadia, California. We are not affiliated with any Chinese or U.S. government agency. Visa decisions are made solely by the Chinese Embassy or Consulates.
Address: 735 W Duarte Rd Ste 307, Arcadia, CA 91007. Phone: (626) 740-7357. Email: zhoucloud9@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry and contact forms: how you would like to be addressed, your contact details (at least one of phone, WeChat or email), the service you need and your message.
- Technical information at submission: IP address, country or region and browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Referral information: the page you submitted from, the website that referred you (domain only, e.g. google.com), the first page you landed on, and any campaign parameters in the link.
- Online document tools (invitation letter, written statement, consulate forms): what you type is used only at the moment the PDF is generated and is then deleted from server memory — never written to a database or logged. We only count how many documents are generated.
- Photo and document-scan tools: images are processed in server memory only, never saved to disk, and the session expires after 15 minutes.
- When you engage our services: passport details, ID photos and application documents needed for your case, and anything you share with us by phone, WeChat or email.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, handle the visa or document services you engage us for, and keep you updated;
- To understand how clients find us, so we can improve our websites;
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
- To meet legal obligations (for example, keeping financial records).
- We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing unrelated to these purposes.
4. Who we share it with
- Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the U.S.: information required to process your application;
- Partner submission agencies: when your application must be submitted in another consular district, a partner agency handles only your original passport and the submission receipt (the pre-approval page from the consulate system showing the application number, barcode and applicant name). It does not receive your other application documents;
- Service providers: relevant internet service providers (such as Cloudflare) and courier companies;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights of us, our clients or others.
5. How long we keep it
- Inquiries: until follow-up is no longer needed; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Case documents: only for the duration of your case and any necessary follow-up, after which ID documents no longer needed are deleted. Receipts and other financial records are kept as required by law.
- Backups: copies in system backups are purged automatically when the backup expires, within 90 days at most.
- Online tools: we do not keep what you type (see section 2).
6. Cookies and tracking
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- To learn which website referred you, your browser temporarily stores the referring domain and landing page in the current tab only (cleared when you close the tab). It is sent to us only if you submit a form.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies strictly necessary for security.
- Do Not Track: we do not track visitors across websites, so this browser setting does not change how this site works.
7. Security
All pages are served over HTTPS; only our case staff can access your documents; system backups are encrypted. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If an incident may affect your data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We usually respond within 10 business days. California residents may exercise their rights under California law.
9. Children
Our websites are not directed to children under 13. When we handle a visa for a minor, the information should be provided by a parent or guardian.
10. Third-party websites
Our websites may link to third-party sites such as consulate websites, whose privacy practices are not covered by this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of this page; significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
